Paddleboard Yoga
Paddleboard Yoga was developed by Bari Denney, and is the first class of its kind in South Florida. She has created an hour-long workout on the boards that is comprised of basic and more challenging yoga moves that also incorporate the paddle. The class is full of laughs, yet also has a very Zen quality to it. Paddleboard Yoga is a unique experience that gives you balance, poise and calm.
Purchasing Used Gear
Since paddle boarding is so new, it can be difficult to find good used gear. Beware of buying boards on the internet from people you do not know. Since paddle boards are fragile, used boards could have water damage. Ask us about our used board selection.
