Wainman Hawaii Boss 12m Kite Really stoked on this kite! The 12m boss is a blast from the past. Its simple no frills design is refreshing in a world of complicated "all the bells and whistles" kites. Three struts, super simple bridals, no one pump system. The kite has an old school c-kite feel, grunty, solid, with smooth power delivery. Werner Spanker Carbon 2 Piece Adjustable Paddle Had a good rip on the Spanker last week. I did a 2 mile flat water paddle and finished up with a few waves:) The paddle is smooth and feels great in your hands. The shaft stiffness is good and it has nice rebound while paddling flat water. 2012 Wainman Hawaii Passport Had a chance to ride the passport a few times the past few weeks. I ride surfboards almost exclusively so i was stoked to try it! The Passport rides like it looks...fast, skatey and fairly loose. The flatter rocker and wider outline make this board a rocket even in lighter wind. I rode it in 16 to 18 kts powered on a 12m switchblade...i was able to go way upwind and the board handled the chop well.
